All products are perishable items, refrigeration is needed.
All strawberry towers are individual art piece, actual product may vary due to the handmade nature.
All flowers are non edible items.

No cancellation of order is accepted and all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you wish to change your order, 5 days notice is required.
All orders made online will be confirmed by us within 2 days. If you do not receive our confirmation within 2 days, please contact us immediately.
Any order shall be made 5-7 days in advance to guarantee the availability.

Delivery exclude Lantau Island and Discovery Bay.
Delivery time requested will be accommodated with our best possible, yet it will subject to traffic situations.

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the website are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
Eiffel De Chocolat Ltd. reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Eiffel De Chocolat Ltd. shall remain final.
